Who handles your message

Immigration Law PLLC is the consumer-facing law firm. Gouldian Inc. owns and operates Lawgical, which provides the SMS inbox technology and processes messages on the firm's behalf. Immigration Law PLLC and its authorized staff may see your inquiry and replies.

Information and purpose

When you text +1 800-542-3782, the program processes your phone number, the messages you send and receive, message timing and delivery information, and any language preference you share. It may also process STOP and HELP requests so the program can honor your choices and provide assistance.

This information is used to receive and respond to your immigration inquiry, make the conversation available to Immigration Law PLLC, guide you to call the firm or use the appropriate questionnaire, support opt-out and help requests, and operate and protect the messaging service. The inbox assistant does not provide legal advice or conduct a detailed legal intake by text.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent, or share that information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Gouldian Inc. uses messaging providers, including Twilio, to transmit and deliver messages on Immigration Law PLLC's behalf. The firm and its authorized staff receive the inquiry so they can respond to your request. These operational uses do not authorize an independent marketing use of your number or consent.
