Before you spend more on ads, answer these questions. How many leads are you actually handling across channels? How many are high intent? Where do they drop off? How many conversations remain incomplete? How quickly do strong leads get a next step? Those are the metrics that matter first. Vanity metrics are easy to celebrate.
Traffic. Clicks. Reach. Impressions. But if you cannot see what happens after inbound starts, you should not be increasing budget yet. Lawgical points toward a more useful scorecard. The Dashboard shows live and monthly volume, funnel movement, and drop off points.
The Calls tab shows summaries, incomplete versus done states, and likelihood context. The Leads tab shows the timeline across channels. Forms exposes high- and low likelihood signals. Those are operational metrics. If you want a sane pre-ad-spend checklist, track these: channel mix, high likelihood lead percentage, incomplete-call rate, drop off question, speed to first meaningful response, and consult-to-sign movement. Once those are healthy, then increase spend. If they are not, ads will just amplify inefficiency.
